MAR-K Part # ANIGRE
Anigre is harvested from Africa. Anigre has a yellowish-white to pale brown, sometimes with a pinkish tint, color. Anigre is produced in both plain sawn and quarter sawn lumber. The quarter sawn seems to be the most popular and gives the most pleasing appearance. Anigre is a difficult wood to work with because of its siliceous content, which makes it abrasive to cutting tools.
